How we write, check and correct what we publish
Serious, useful writing on how wealth passes between generations. The principles hold everywhere; the tax and legal detail is worked through country by country, starting with the seven where the rules differ most. It is written for families and for the people who advise them. We publish it because the part of an estate that decides whether the rest survives, the person, has had almost nothing written about it that a family can use.
How a piece is made
A brief. Who it is for, the question it answers, the sources it must rest on, and where the reader goes next.
A draft. Drafted with the help of AI writing tools, working from the brief and the sources. We say so here because it is true and because you should know how the words were produced.
The founder's edit. Chris Williams reads and edits every piece before anyone else sees it. What is published is what he stands behind.
The check. Every tax and legal figure is checked against its primary source before it publishes, and stated for the year it applies to.
Publication with dates. Every page shows when it was published and when it was last updated, and the same dates are given to search and answer engines.
Sources
Figures and law come from primary sources only: revenue authorities, statutes and regulations, regulators, and published studies named in full. We say where a number comes from and how old it is. When the best available study has known limits, we say what they are rather than quote it as settled. We do not cite "experts say".
Our own data
Some pages carry numbers from Timeless AI's own product, such as what people choose to record for their families. These are anonymised, aggregated, and described with the method in a sentence so you can judge them. No individual's words or data are ever published.
Independent review
Where a licensed practitioner reviews a page, they are credited by name and credential on that page. Reviewers are chosen for standing in their field, not for agreement with us; they are not paid, and their review is of accuracy, not of our product. A page without a named reviewer has been checked by the founder against primary sources and by nobody else, and readers should weigh it accordingly.
Not advice
Everything here is general information for the countries named. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on these pages knows your circumstances. Speak to a licensed professional about your own affairs before acting.
Corrections and refresh
If you find an error, write to hello@timeless.ai with the page and the point. We check it and, where we were wrong, correct the page and note the correction on it, normally within five working days. Every figure with a year in it is re-checked each January and after each relevant budget or law change, and the last-reviewed date moves when it is.
Our product
We make a Personal AI Twin product, sold under the Timeless AI™ name. Where a page mentions it, it is marked as ours. The guidance on every page stands on its own without it.
